Simple Birth Package $2000

  • Complimentary introductory meeting 

  • Unlimited phone and email support

  • Two prenatal visits to help develop your birth plan, comfort preferences, share any traumatic/uncomfortable experiences,  information on breast/chest feeding, getting to know you, your partner (if present) and birth team 

  • On call 24/7 two weeks before and two weeks after your birth

  • Physical, emotional, and informational support during your birth 

  • Assistance directly after your birth until you and your baby are settled-this includes making sure everyone has eaten 

  • Two postnatal visits to debrief birth experience, comfort you and your new baby, and if required-help with breast/chest feeding

Postpartum support $50/hr

  • Healing techniques, baby soothing, feeding support, food prep, light tidying, routine building, overnight sleep support, referrals

*IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE COST OF DOULA WORK, I WILL WORK WITH YOU TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS ON A SLIDING-SCALE PRICE STRUCTURE/TRADE BASED ON INCOME LEVEL.
